During my school year at Epitech I have the chance to join the Diversity club who is an association created to respond to the socio-cultural inequalities in access to information about IT. Diversity is here to give everyone, whether you are a high school student or a student in professional transition, the possibility to access information on the different fields, professions and opportunities in the IT industry.
I was in charge of engaging real action to foster inclusion in the IT field by creating courses in a community house for the elderly.
So I created courses on different topics such as computer objects, social networks, the cloud or how to protect yourself from malicious people.
One of the main skills I have learned is to adapt your technical speech to your audience
It was a very enriching experience that allowed me to share knowledge but above all to listen to the problems of each person in order to help them solve them.
